What’s your return policy?

I guarantee you'll be satisfied with your purchase.  If you don't like it, I'll work with you until you're pleased with your purchase, whether that's a redo at my own expense or a refund.  I do request you let me know why you're unhappy so I can learn from my mistakes.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, I will ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.

Do you have customer service?

I'm one woman with a laptop--get ahold of me via e-mail and I'll typically respond within two days.
